Saturday Sessions
Every Saturday morning, rain or shine. A proper workout followed by a proper chat. 45 to 60 minutes that set the tone for the week.

Being a dad is busy.
Work. Family. Responsibility.
Somewhere along the way we stop taking care of ourselves.
But being a good dad means looking after your health too.
That's what FitDad is about.
We're the dads that show up.
Most fitness communities are built around transformation photos and personal records. FitDad isn't. The bar is simple: be there on Saturday, run the session, log your score, give the bloke next to you a hard time.
Over time, the workouts get a little easier. The jeans fit a little better. You sleep a little deeper. Mostly though, you realise you've built a group of mates who notice when you're not there, and that's the real win.
Blokes need a sanctioned excuse to disappear on a Saturday morning. Dads need to look after themselves. We merged the two problems into a single beautiful solution. Don't tell the wives.

Everyone wins. Especially the kids.
FitDad runs on a structure that's deliberately simple. No app. No dashboard. No “journey” to complete.
Every Saturday morning, rain or shine. A proper workout followed by a proper chat. 45 to 60 minutes that set the tone for the week.
A golf-style scorecard system to track the weekly workout, sleep, and nutrition. Not for bragging. For accountability with the lads.
Private group chat for daily check-ins, jokes, and the occasional serious one. The group that notices when you miss a Saturday.
The short version of what dads ask most. The full list is one click away.
The first 50 dads through the door are recognised forever as FitDad Pioneers. Weekly sessions, the scorecard, and a crew that actually shows up. Your move.
